Upgrading from 6.0 to 6.1

I am planning on upgrading from 6.0.11 to 6.1.9. Are there any gotchas I should look out for ? Anyone had any issues with MAPI clients and or TLS issues? I also run the LookOut Skin. Just checking before I go all in.
