Yes, this is a bug in WebMail interface in version 6.1.12 - the 'To' 
field is truncated to 200 characters. No problem with 'Cc' and 'Bcc' 
fields; other interfaces (Pronto, SMTP, MAPI, etc) are not affected.
Sorry about that, we'll fix it in the next version.
