My experience is different from yours, then. I did it once on all my=20 devices, and have not had a problem for over a year. They=E2=80=99re all= using=20 Sent Items, and no other =E2=80=9Csent=E2=80=9D mailbox has appeared sinc= e=E2=80=94upgrades and=20 re-installs notwithstanding (new devices, of course, have to be changed=20 from their defaults when they=E2=80=99re initially set up, before they ge= t a=20 chance to create the other default sent mailboxes).
