MailShell SpamCatcher plugin version 4.2 has been released

Changes:
* Includes SpamCatcher Engine 8.0.6 with the following changes:
  Fixed a bug where attachment fingerprints weren't extracted properly.
  Pruned the sizes of LiveReport telemetry data files and removed less 
used tokens. This will reduce the amount of data transferred to 
Mailshell LiveReport servers.
  Fixed a bug where SPF checks return "unknown" code in some cases.
  Re-factored dkim_domain code to ensure it works with "." in s section.
