SIP registration is on account level: 
Users->Domains->yourdomain->youraccount->Real-Time->RSIP
https://mx.rhone.ch:9010/Guide//PSTN.html is a good starting point.

I'm trying to understand how to connect CGP to the  PSTN.  We can get SIP t=
runks, but how to connect to CGP?  In another open source PBX like FreeSWIT=
CH the SIP provider information is added to an XML file.  I don't see any p=
lace in CGP to add a SIP provider.  I could be missing it.  Or is some addi=
tional third party hardware or software needed?
