Changes:

* Several obscure bugs fixed.

* Updated build toolchain to the latest automake/autoconf/libtool scripts.

* New account type: “POP3 maildrop” - a downloaded POP3 mailbox.  Compared 
to the regular POP3 mailbox, where messages are left on the server until 
they are deleted, messages are downloaded and deleted from the server 
immediately.  Regular POP3 service does not work with older POP3 servers 
which do not implement UIDL.  POP3 maildrops do not use the UIDL 
command, and will work with older POP3 servers.
