Based on what you have, no. Cone uses the same arrangement for maildir
folders as Courier-IMAP. It looks like you've simply created a bunch of
different maildirs in ~/Mail. Furthermore, Cone already configured ~/Mail
as your mailbox location, and the configuration has been saved.

The Cone/Courier-IMAP maildir folder arrangement is that $HOME/Maildir is
the primary INBOX; while various folders (themselves being maildirs) are set
up as hidden subdirectories of $HOME/Maildir.

You will need to create your $HOME/Maildir, then move all your existing
maildirs as hidden subdirectories of $HOME/Maildir. You can then add
$HOME/Maildir to Cone's configuration by selecting "NEW ACCOUNT" from Cone's
main menu.
