Based on what you have, no. Cone uses the same arrangement for maildir folders as Courier-IMAP. It looks like you've simply created a bunch of different maildirs in ~/Mail. Furthermore, Cone already configured ~/Mail as your mailbox location, and the configuration has been saved. The Cone/Courier-IMAP maildir folder arrangement is that $HOME/Maildir is the primary INBOX; while various folders (themselves being maildirs) are set up as hidden subdirectories of $HOME/Maildir. You will need to create your $HOME/Maildir, then move all your existing maildirs as hidden subdirectories of $HOME/Maildir. You can then add $HOME/Maildir to Cone's configuration by selecting "NEW ACCOUNT" from Cone's main menu.
