error configuring

Hi,
I have Mandkrae 10.0 Official, cone-0.62. I did,

# ./configure

# make
[...]

What is this error now? I have installed courier-sox-0.03.tar.bz2.
Also, 
# cd cone-0.62
# du -sh
278M    .

Why so much space is needed?
