You need to manually create a 2nd Outbox, then from the folder listing 
window, select U-use, then S-sent mail.

Finally, after composing a message from the second account's INBOX, press 
CTRL-H to get full headers, move to the Fcc: header, and hit Enter until the 
second Outbox folder is shown.
