I do not recall any such-worded prompt.  There's one prompt to watch a 
subthread.  The prompt comes up after pressing “A” on the folder index 
screen.

There's another prompt to memorize headers, which comes up after sending a 
message with headers that differ from the memorized defaults.  The 
presumption is that most people use the same headers for most of their 
messages, which are set up as the initial defaults.  If the initial default 
headers are changed, the prompt permits either to update the memorized 
defaults to the new values, or to ignore an oddball message that was just 
sent with non-default headers.
