Your mail agent tries to send mail with 'from' address
'user@mycomputer'. I am trying to explain:

when talking with myshack.com SMTP server your machine
issues the SMTP command:

 MAIL FROM:<user@mycomputer>

and not

 MAIL FROM:<[email protected]>

try to press Ctrl+f when composing message to see full
header. Edit the 'From:' line to match your address
and send the message.  Tell Cone to memorize new 
headers when asked.

this username must be provided to you by your e-mail
server administrator or mail user's manual somewhere.
I think it may be your user name on the server or
your e-mail address ([email protected]).
