Filter not getting triggered

Moved another list to cone. I have the following filters conditions: Search To: contains pgsql-general-RDL/[email protected] Search Cc: contains pgsql-general-RDL/[email protected] Move to pg-general Yet several emails that I expected to get filtered where not.
