Thanks for pointing that out.. I was still using the filters wrongly then.

Is there a way then to do an "or".. basically to have multiple selects and 
have them all apply to a single move. This would be very helpfull if it 
doesn't currently exists.

Alternatively a rule that checks either all recipients or to and cc as a 
single select would be very handy.

I will re-write the filters to have

Check "to" for list A
Move to folder A1
Check "cc" for list A
Move to folder A1

Check "to" for List B
move to folder B1
Check "cc" for list B
move to folder B1
