2 Problems: frozen opening mailbox, stuck no Draft

1- I have one IMAP mailbox that freezes at "Opening INBOX" How can I troubleshoot it? I have to kill Cone using kill. Then trashed the account and then re-did it. 2- It seems the program needs to better handle it's operating when there is no Draft folder selected. I made an IMAP account and it seems there was an unsent message.. I asked Cone to discard it, but because there was no draft folder Cone would not allow me to Discard. Basically I could only say "No", saying yes to discard kept giving an error and kept coming back to the prompt asking if I wanted to discard.
