Freezing on a particular account

After happily using cone as my primary mailer for a few weeks, it is now getting stuck on a particular IMAP account. At first I thought it was a problem with some emails in the INBOX. Moved all mail with another program. By the time I got back to cone there was only one email.. cone still got stuck. Any suggestions? Looking at top I see cone using close to 100% of the CPU on my FreeBSD machine and never comes out of whatever loop it is in.
