• Improved conversion of HTML mail to plain text.

• Improved interoperability with other MIME-PGP E-mail clients.  Cone will 
sign the entire message as one encapsulated entity, instead of signing each 
MIME section individually.  Some E-mail clients cannot parse individually- 
signed multipart/alternative MIME content.

• Fixed an obscure issue with MIME quoted-printable encoding.

• Various cleanups.  Updated toolchain: newer gettext, libtool, automake, 
and autoconf.  Fixed various gcc 4.x warnings.
