No, there is nothing equivalent in Cone.

Cone does things differently.  You can take individual folders, no matter 
where they appear in the server's folder hierarchy, and show them as 
top-level folders (the "U"se command from the folder listing screen) -- the 
folder will appear at the top of the hierarchy tree in the mail account.

So each time you log into the account, all the top level folders are shown 
automatically, giving their unread mail account, and giving you an immediate 
overview of which folders have unread messages.
