External url handler configuration

I have problems with cone's external url handler. I can't figure out what exectly handler cone uses. Within X environment (kde/konsole) firefox is being executed. Within the system console - nothing. Cone do not use neither urlview (url_handler.sh) nor htmlview. There are no settings in .cone.
