As the error message tells you to do: append "/novalidate-cert" to the 
server's name. Seems rather clear, and unambiguous, to me.

Also, how exactly did you install Cone anyway? As part of installing it, the 
install script should've installed a set of root certs, and a startup 
wrapper script that sets the TLS_TRUSTCERTS environment variable, that 
points to the root cert database, before running the cone binary.
