Some feature-requests

Hi,

I am using cone for a while now, but it seems to lack some really needed 
features. Let me list them here:

* a switch-option that enables viewing all mail-headers per default
* add signatures to mail (after -- line)
* different signatures per identity
* a switch-option that enables the external editor as default
* IMAP-IDLE! (I know, the request isn't new ;))
* key for next-unread in index
* key for mark-as-read (for single mail or whole thread)

At least I have to say that cone is really nice, and I use it now as my 
better mutt (multiple imap-accounts, smtp, ...)
