Cone 0.83 released

Changes:

• TLS server name extension was broken if Cone was compiled against GnuTLS, 
resulting in a handshake failure with OpenSSL-based servers.

• Fix compilation errors with gcc 4.5

• Fix benign complaints from valgrind

• Fix a segfault if a server error occured when retrieving the contents of a 
message while copying messages between the folders.

• Fix a wild pointer dereference that would occur under certain 
circumstances when scrolling an HTML message on the screen

• A bug in INN 2.5 was triggering a NULL ptr dereference in Cone. Fix the 
NULL ptr dereference. The INN bug remains, document it (new messages 
appearing in a newsgroup that's already open will have empty sender names 
and subjects on the folder index screen).
