Thanks for the reply. And how do I unmatch/unselect the messages? Other than 
searching for a bogus string, I guess.

I selected a couple of messages with the "space" key and tried to move them, 
but only the currently highlighted message got moved. The other selected 
(checked) messages just remained in the same folder, still checked.
Any more suggestions? What am I doing wrong?
