Folder refresh

Me again,

Another issue - Is there a way to decrease the period of time cone waits 
before checking for new mail in the folders, and hence update the numbers 
of messages (read/unread) in the parantheses? I'm using local maildirs, if 
it matters.

I'm quite an avid mail user (as you may have noticed) and I refresh the 
listings by collapsing/expanding the Folders section.. but would be nice to 
not have to do this.
