If you're referring to the "Your email addresses" settings, this does not 
set your email address in the From: header. This setting actually allows 
multiple email addresses to be set. This is only a list of email addresses 
that Cone will recognize as one ofy our own email addresses when it formats 
a reply to an existing message.

Press CTRL-F to show all headers, then edit your From: header directly. Cone 
will remember it as the default value for all future messages sent from the 
same folder. There will be a prompt to have this set as the default From: 
header for all folders in the same account.

Yes, but it's better to set things up so that there's a separate mail 
account for each From: header value you want to be the default. It works 
better this way.
