If you're referring to the "Your email addresses" settings, this does not set your email address in the From: header. This setting actually allows multiple email addresses to be set. This is only a list of email addresses that Cone will recognize as one ofy our own email addresses when it formats a reply to an existing message. > For example I can send email, > but the sender emails adress si nott he email sender I have in the setup > it is rather something like "login_user@host_computer_name". How do I > change that? Press CTRL-F to show all headers, then edit your From: header directly. Cone will remember it as the default value for all future messages sent from the same folder. There will be a prompt to have this set as the default From: header for all folders in the same account. > Is it possible also use different email sending adresses per > different email accounts(folders) inside Cone? Yes, but it's better to set things up so that there's a separate mail account for each From: header value you want to be the default. It works better this way. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This SF.net email is sponsored by Make an app they can't live without Enter the BlackBerry Developer Challenge http://p.sf.net/sfu/RIM-dev2dev _______________________________________________ Courier-cone mailing list [email protected] Unsubscribe: https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/courier-cone
