Unicode-issue on cone 20110122

Hi!

I have been using cone for a while and I got this issue for the latest(?) 
development build 20110122: in every mail I send I see:

[ The previous text contained some characters that cannot be shown with your 
display's "UTF-8" character set.              ]
***

I don't understand the message at all. Is it normal getting it? Thanks for 
any help and keep up the good work!
