This maintenance release fixes several bugs

== Changes

* Compilation fixes on some platforms.

* HTML mail encoded in an unknown character set will display an error  
message, instead of completely empty content.

* If HTML mail contain characters that the system wcwidth() function  
returned -1 for, this resulted in cone locking up and slowly eating a  
little bit of memory, forcing a process kill from another terminal window.

* Tolerate extra whitespace in some MIME headers.
