Subfolders of the INBOX item?

Hi,

I'm new to cone, but I tried to find the answer in the documentation first.

I'm connecting to an IMAP server that has a mixed set of folders. Some
folders are at the same hierarchy level as INBOX, some of those have
subfolders themselves and some are subfolders of INBOX itself.

I managed to navigate through those at the same level as INBOX, but not
through those that are "children" of INBOX.

Any pointers would be appreciated.

Simplified example:

._INBOX
|   |___INBOX.child1
|   |___INBOX.child2
|         |___INBOX.child2.child2_1
|_folder1
|_folder2
    |___folder2_1

I can see INBOX, folder1, folder2 and folder2_1, but I cannot see any of
the child* items.

PS: I don't know what exact mail server is being used, the mail provider
is gmx.net, though - in case that helps to narrow it down.
