Hi, all, first of all I want to say: hello over there. I am stucked with my freshly installed cone (Linux Mint 14, cone 0.89) by trying to add a Pop3-Account. After I gave all input requested and tried to login, cone throws a message saying something like Certification mismatch - found ... *.providers_server.com - expected mail.aliasname.tld (mail.aliasname.tld serves right in clients I used up to now). This is not due to an input error - I doublechecked it. I searched the web, tried *.providers_server.com - cone says: service not known. I tried www.providers_server.com - cone says: authentication failed. I am somewhat lost - I easily could add another Pop3-Account by giving an Aliasname. Maybe I am to use the server's IP address hoping there is no server pool? Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
