Time in 24h format

Hi list,

just a quick question: in the message list view, is it possible to get the  
time in 24h-format? I mean

1591 Mon 13:35 NowhereNews

instead of

1591 Mon 12:35 PM NowhereNews

Thanks for a fantastic piece of software by the way! I'm still using it  
every day, both at work and for my personal email.
