All mail and news messages are treated in an identical manner.  The setup 
screen allows for vanity headers to be defined.  It is not possible to 
define headers specific only to mail or news messages, because at any time a 
mail message can be turned into a newsgroup message simply by displaying 
full headers and filling in the "Newsgroups:" header.  Similarly, deleting 
the Newsgroups: header from a news follow-up message turns it into a 
mail-only message.
