- all: update to the the current version of the PCRE library, PCRE2. PCRE2 is
now a build requirement.

- courier, courier-imap: fix minor memory leaks. If valgrind is installed,
"make check" runs it to check for memory leaks.

- courier-imap: use a short timer to kill the couriertls helper if the
server process terminates but openssl hangs trying to shut down the socket.

- courier: fix a parsing bug in the bofh badfrom check.

- courier: do not reject null MX records when validing the sending IP address
against the sender's HELO/EHLO identifier.
