Problem with gpg groups

I am getting a problem with gpg groups:

gpg: [email protected] : skipped: public key not found
gpg: [stdin]: encryption failed: public key not found


my gpg.conf ( I changed it from options) is:

no-greeting
no-secmem-warning
comment This key has an expiry date
