Re: library thoughts

Thanks a bunch for your input and patch.  I struggled with the idea of
the CRLF checking, because EPS is meant to support all forms of input.
I decided that I'd add some bitfields to 1.4 which allow the caller to
decide if it should do CRLF checking or not.  As for the blank line
stuff,
I havent come across that bug myself, but I'll definately look into it.
The C++ changes will definately be added.
