Apologies for exim.org downtime

The machine hosting exim.org crashed on Saturday. I turned it off and on
again using our remote power switches on Sunday evening but it did not
return. We went to look at it in person this afternoon. We fixed the BIOS
so that it would boot after a power outage rather than staying switched
off, and coaxed it through a filesystem check.

Our apologies for the length of the downtime, due to holiday travelling
and office closures.

Many thanks to my colleague David McBride who helped with the recovery.
