Hello *,

recently I started an exim-4.96+fixes branch. As always, this is by no
way an official release, nor can we promise regular update on this
branch, but it may help some maintainers or may help to create self-made
instances of Exim.

Currently it includes:

- handle the broken DMARC API found on recent systems.
- backported fix of the broken ${run } expansion
