Exim 4.11 released

I have just put the 4.11 release on the primary ftp site:

As usual, the changes are all in doc/ChangeLog, and new features are
described in doc/NewStuff. The main documentation has NOT been updated
for this release. If you want to look at them before downloading the
whole distribution, the ChangeLog and NewStuff files can be downloaded
separately from this directory:

ftp://ftp.csx.cam.ac.uk/pub/software/email/exim/ChangeLogs

There are both gzipped and unzipped versions.

People have been testing intermediate releases, and it seems pretty
stable, but there have been a lot of changes, so do monitor it for a
while after you install it.

Remember also to read the README.UPDATING file, just in case any of the
small potentially incompatible changes might affect you. They should not
affect most people.
