Exim 4.02 released

Exim 4.02 is mainly a bug-fix release, but there are a small number of
feature additions that are in the nature of tidying up things that were
missing. In particular, you can set helo_allow_chars if you want to
allow rogue characters such as underscore in HELO/EHLO names.
