I have put Exim 4.22 onto the primary ftp site:

This is a bug-fix release that fixes problems that have been reported
with 4.21, and some others that happen to have been reported just at
this time. As always, look at the ChangeLog file for details.

The Exiscan patch has been "simultaneously" updated...
