Exim 4.03 is available

Exim 4.03 is now on the ftp site:

This release is mainly for bug fixes and tidies. However, there are a
few new features, mostly from patches that have been sent in. These are:

  control of what happens after timeouts in a dnslist lookup
  local_scan_timeout (global option)
  -tls-on-connect    (command line option)
  pwcheck suppport
  ensure headers added by RCPT ACL are visible in DATA ACL
  change TLS to send a whole chain of certificates to the client

As usual, all the changes are listed in the ChangeLog file, and there is
documentation of new features in the NewStuff file.
