need to upgrade

Hi Guys.
 
I am currently using 4.10 BUT planning to upgrade.
 
My platform is RH8, using SpamAssassin 2.53 and SA-exim-2.2
I will need to upgrade SA-exim too.
 
Does anyone know of any serious implications?
