I see. So SA-EXIM is meant for a spam-free server, not where some folks like
p*%n and other don't ;-)

Good. I have this in local.cf:

rewrite_subject         1

required_hits           6
report_header           0
use_terse_report        0
report_safe             1
spam_level_char         +


But SA-Exim says required_hits = 7.0

In this particular case it defied my rules!!


How comes???
