Extra stuff in reject.log

Since installing the sa-exim patch to exim, I am getting a lot of extra
stuff in my reject log.  In the past this log was short and concise making
it easy for me to see hosts that were rejected,

Is there any way to stop all of the activity that the new local_scan.c has
added to my log?
