exim-sa usually does that by default. That is, if the mail was received
from localhost, and your /etc/hosts has localhost defined as 127.0.0.1,
as it should ;)

If your mail comes in from another IP, you should indeed change the
SAEximRunCond expansion and add the IP address of the server you don't
want to scan mail from.

I just replied to a message where someone questioned if that was the
correct way to do it. See there how to fix it ;)
