Problems building sa-exim (both 3.0 and CVS) with Exim v4.21

Hi all,

  I'm having problems trying to build Exim after
patching the local_scan.c. I downloaded the CVS
sa-exim and patched with the
"localscan_dlopen_exim_4.20_or_better.patch":

patching file src/EDITME

So far so good.. but when I compile Exim v4.21
(and I enabled LOCAL_SCAN_HAS_OPTIONS=yes in the
Local/Makefile), I get:

Is there something I am doing wrong?
