Hah.

If you do anything in the ACL subsystem, teergrubing is available.  Its
just a call to 'delay'. :)

Refer to Marc's mm9 exim.conf for examples..

That said, sa-exim was written in a different way than ExiScan.  Marc's
takes advantage of replacing the local_scan function..  There are bound to
be pro's and con's to doing it EITHER way..
