I guess I'll have to further improve the docs, you're the second to ask
about this in the last week.
You can compile sa-exim in two ways:
1) standalone (copy sa-exim.c over exim's local_scan.c and rebuild exim)
2) Recompile exim with the localscan_dlopen.patch and make sure that
sa-exim can see (with -I) the patched exim tree
