Problems with run-conditions....

Hi!
I use Debian testing with SA 2.63, Exim 4.34 and sa-exim 4.0-2
In sa-exim.conf I have these run-conditions:
SAEximRunCond: ${if and {{def:sender_host_address} {!eq
{$sender_host_address}{127.0.0.1}} {!eq {$h_X-SA-Do-Not-Run:}
{Yes}} } {1}{0}}
And this teergrube-condition:
SAteergrubecond: ${if and { {!eq {$sender_host_address}{127.0.0.1}} {!eq
{$sender_host_address}{127.0.0.2}} {!eq {mask
:$sender_host_address/24}{134.1.1.0/24}} } {1}{0}}
But If I uncomment the run-condition, sa-exim doesn´t run and I teergrub
the IPs I set in the teergrubcond NOT to teergrub.
Do I have a problem in these condititons?
