Caught two of these messages. What immediately stands out is they both
have a PDF-attachment for which the entire Base64 encoded data is on one
line. The data part of the spool files looks like this:

| 1u2A0N-0000000ClUu-0IVi-D
| ------=_Part_238865_1290473580.1744122766613
| [...html email content...]
| [...the longest line is 748 characters...]
| ------=_Part_238865_1290473580.1744122766613
| Content-Type: application/pdf
| Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
| Content-Disposition: attachment; filename=TMT1234567890_ABC12345_SI.pdf
|
| [...one line of b64 data totaling 16541 characters...]
| ------=_Part_238865_1290473580.1744122766613--

I will start playing around a bit when i find time.
