 Run `exim4 -be` with `-d-all+lookup` shows message "creating new cache entry"
 after messages about access to file. But in-memory caching can't affect
 different "exim4 -be" runs.

 When Exim runs as MTA with '-d-all+lookup' option, I think, it should show
 message about using of cached result.
