You'll need to a) fix the sa-exim source  (see
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1121023#10 ) and b)
rebuild it against exim wth the respective fixes. (e.g.
https://tracker.debian.org/news/1694157/accepted-exim4-499-6-source-into-unstable )
